At SkillMaster, we aim to provide our learners with high-quality educational resources and a seamless learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 7 days of purchasing the course.
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@skillmaster.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund.
  2. Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any fees related to certification exams, third-party tools, or additional resources are non-refundable.
  • Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are not eligible for refunds.

Conditions

  • Refunds will only be processed if the learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds are not applicable if a learner has already downloaded or accessed any downloadable resources.
